The long-awaited new (and third) mixtape from Loosie Music’s / the Lessondary’s own Spec Boogie. This one has been done with the support of the good folks @ Digital Gravel and mixed by DJ Noumenon. Basically this is Spec taking a bunch of tracks you wouldn’t expect an emcee to spit over (LCD Soundsystem, Portishead, Peter Bjorn & John for starters) re-appropriating them and…spittin’ over ‘em. And doing it well, I might add. I wouldn’t expect any less. Spec is no slouch on the mic. Highly suggested download.
