Nikki Jean - “Sunshine”

These days, alot of folks (thankfully) are getting more familiar w/ the name Nikki Jean thanks to her guest spot on Lupe Fiasco’s joint “Hip-Hop Saved My Life.”  However she’s been grinding for a minute now. 

I forgot how I came across this song (I know it’s from 2007), but its one of those random joints that’s a staple on my hard drive.  It’s a simple, pretty song with a strong message that puts me in a good mood whenever I play it.  Sometimes that’s all you need to shift your gears and get things in order.
