I came across an imeem stream of this tune on one of my lazy Sunday blog strolls (shouts to Sophistiphunk). It instantly became the theme song for that day (kind of a gray, humid, on-and-off rainy day in Brooklyn). I fell in love with it on first listen and hunted down an MP3 to share with the world. I just wish it was a little bit longer.
Ladies and gents, please get your Flying Lotus and Jose James knowledge up immediately if you’re in the dark. These are two artists who I listen to heavily and who are progressing modern music to where it needs to be.
